Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours and specifications are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings or production batches.

Our products comes under Imitation/Artificial jewellery unless expressly stated otherwise. Base metal of jewellery comes under the Anti-tarnish/Stainless steel/Brass or other performance claims apply only to products specifically advertised with those features.

Customers are encouraged to review product details and jewellery care instructions before purchasing.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.

• • Free shipping applies to orders meeting the minimum purchase value stated on our website.

• • An additional COD fee may apply and will be disclosed before checkout.

Orders and Acceptance

Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Orders are subject to product availability, payment verification and delivery address validation. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and arrange any applicable refund.

Customers must provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details. We may take appropriate action against suspected fraudulent orders in accordance with applicable law.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official customer support channels with the relevant order number.

Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation under our standard process, subject to applicable law.

Approved refunds for prepaid orders will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier availability and operational circumstances.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Tracking details will be shared where available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Any applicable additional delivery charges will be communicated where required.

Nothing in this section limits any remedy available under applicable law for delayed, failed or undelivered orders.

Return and Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility and applicable law.

To qualify for a return under our standard policy, the jewellery must be unused, unworn and undamaged and must be returned with its original packaging, tags and all accessories that came with the jewellery.

Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer support team with the order number and reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before shipping the product back.

Returns and exchanges may be considered for:

Products damaged through misuse, improper handling or failure to follow care instructions may not qualify for a voluntary return or exchange, unless otherwise required by law.

Approved exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is unavailable, an appropriate alternative or refund will be offered, as applicable.

The original packaging and tags requirement does not remove any statutory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please report damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete orders within 48 hours of delivery, where reasonably possible.

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or an unboxing video, if available.

We will review the complaint and communicate the next steps. Failure to report an issue within this preferred timeframe or provide an unboxing video will not automatically remove any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued through the original payment method. For COD orders, we may request bank or other necessary payment details to process the refund securely.

Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank. We will communicate applicable processing information.

Shipping and COD charges will be handled according to the disclosed policy and applicable law.

Discounts and Promotional Offers

Promotional offers, discount codes and sale prices are subject to their stated validity, eligibility and usage conditions.
